Een vaste projectco\u00f6rdinator begeleidt de gezinnen en bemiddelt in hun eigen taal, organiseert \u201cWarme Thuis\u201d-ontmoetingen en versterkt het netwerk rond elk gezin. Zo bereiken we wie anderen niet bereiken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Geselecteerd door De Warmste Week<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het jaarthema van De Warmste Week 2026 is \u201cEen warme thuis voor iedereen\u201d. Op 28 september 2026 selecteerde de jury van het fonds van De Warmste Week ons project Warme Banden. De Stad Oostende steunde ons dossier met een steunbrief.
